1) Who we are

This Policy applies to purchases of StudyHackz products and services provided by Study Tools LLC.

2) Subscriptions & Renewals

Your plan auto-renews at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.

3) Free Trials & Intro Offers

If a trial or promotional offer applies, you will not be charged until it ends. If you do not cancel before the trial/offer ends, the first charge is non-refundable.

4) Cancellations — How to

Self-serve: Account → Billing → Cancel. If you cannot access your account, email support@studyhackz.com from your signup email with subject “Cancel Subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. No prorated refunds or credits.

5) Refunds — Default (strict)

All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable once charged, except: (1) billing error; (2) unauthorized payment; (3) where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

6) Upgrades, Downgrades & Proration

Upgrades may be charged immediately or prorated; downgrades apply next cycle.

7) Marketplace & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through a third-party platform, their rules apply.

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact support first. We may submit evidence to your card issuer.

9) Taxes, Fees & Other

Prices may exclude taxes/regulatory fees; these are non-refundable unless required by law.

10) Region-Specific Notices

US ARL: clear auto-renew disclosures and simple cancel path. EU/UK: by subscribing, you request immediate access and acknowledge loss of statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right once service begins, to the extent permitted by law.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; we’ll post the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
